Lisa Steed built her career in logistics & transportation by doing the work herself — driving routes, training drivers and managing day-to-day logistics operations. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Link Delivery Incorporated, she helped establish one of the only woman-owned FedEx contracting companies in her station. At a time when there were only two female delivery drivers and no other female owners in the building, Steed’s leadership challenged long-standing industry norms and helped redefine what leadership in transportation could look like.

From day one, Lisa Steed’s operational mindset was both progressive and practical. Steed helped pioneer the early adoption of in-vehicle cameras and GPS technology. This critical data is now used to improve training and reinforce a culture of defensive driving and accountability. Under her leadership, Link Delivery expanded from two to six zip codes. The organization also grew its fleet and was ultimately sold for profit.

Lisa Steed has been recognized by numerous honors of recognition in the transportation and logistics industry. As a woman entrepreneur in a male-dominated field, Steed has faced unique challenges throughout her career — and has overcome each one. Lisa Steed has also been honored by numerous achievements with the American Trucking Association (ATA), including recognition as an 11-year accident-free professional driver. She is also a decorated competitor in the ATA Stepvan Championships, earning the following titles:

- Represented the State of Utah at the ATA National Championships
